Relationship App: Love Story has a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). These standards explain what is prohibited, how to report concerns, and how we respond.

Our standards
Prohibited conduct
We prohibit child sexual abuse material, grooming, sexual extortion, sexual solicitation of minors, trafficking, coercion, predatory contact, and any sexualized content involving minors.
Reporting and response
Reports are reviewed as quickly as possible. When we identify CSAE-related activity, we may remove content, disable accounts, preserve relevant information, and report to appropriate authorities where required.
Private product design
The app is designed as a private space for couples. It does not provide public profiles, public feeds, open discovery, or stranger messaging.
How to report CSAE concerns
If you believe someone is using Relationship App: Love Story in a way that involves CSAE or puts a minor at risk, contact us immediately at development@lanoya.nl. Please include any relevant account details, screenshots, dates, and a short description of the concern.
If there is an immediate danger to a child, contact local emergency services or law enforcement first.
Enforcement
We may suspend or permanently remove accounts that violate these standards. We may also preserve and disclose information to law enforcement, child protection organizations, or other authorized bodies when legally required or when necessary to protect children.
