Getting Started

How do I connect with my partner?

After creating your account, tap "Connect Partner" in the app. You'll get a unique 6-character code — share it with your partner and they can enter it to link your accounts. Once connected, you'll see each other's moods and updates in real time.

Is the app free to download?

Yes, Relationship App: Love Story is free to download on the App Store. Some premium features may require a subscription.

Which devices are supported?

The app is currently available for iOS on iPhone and iPad. We require iOS 16 or later.

Account & Privacy

Is my data private?

Absolutely. Your relationship data is private by design — no ads, no public profiles, no third-party sharing. Only you and your partner can see your shared content.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account directly from the app. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This will permanently remove all your data from our servers.

Can I use the app without connecting a partner?

You can explore the app solo, but features like mood sharing, love notes, and time capsules are designed for two connected accounts.

Features

How do time capsules work?

Write a message and set a lock period — 1 month, 6 months, or 1 year. The capsule locks immediately and neither you nor your partner can read it until the timer runs out. Open it together for a surprise.

What are mood check-ins?

Each day you can share how you're feeling using moods and a short personal note. Your partner sees your mood in real time, and you see theirs — helping you stay emotionally in sync even on busy days.

How do relationship insights work?

The app analyzes your shared mood data to create weekly and monthly summaries. You'll see emotional patterns, your most connected days, and gentle reflections — all private and non-judgmental.

Troubleshooting

My partner and I are not syncing properly.

Make sure both of you have a stable internet connection and the latest version of the app. Try logging out and back in. If the issue persists, contact us at the email below.

I forgot my password.

On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.

The app is crashing or not loading.

Try force-quitting and reopening the app. If the issue continues, uninstall and reinstall the app — your data is saved to your account and will be restored after logging in.
